Region 2: Mark Williamson - Broken Arrow PD

Detective Mark Williamson is a Crisis Negotiator with the Broken Arrow Police Department and has been actively involved in crisis negotiations since 2015. He joined the Crisis Negotiators of Oklahoma (CNOK) that same year. Williamson holds two Bachelor of Arts degrees, one in Sports Media and another in Broadcast Journalism. He attended the FBI Basic Crisis Negotiations Course in 2016.

​Region 4: Charles Whittington - Lawton PD

(Lt) Charles Whittington has served with the Lawton police department since 2004. Whittington is currently assigned as the public information officer for the department. He has served on the crisis negotiations team since 2019. Charles is a state instructor for crisis intervention training, as well as a de-escalation instructor.  He attended the basic FBI negotiations course in 2019.
 
Region 5: Brittany Dillard - Department of Corrections

Brittany Dillard has served with the Oklahoma Department of Corrections since 2012. She currently holds the position of Case Manager III at Howard McLeod Correctional Center in Atoka, Oklahoma. Since December 2023, Dillard has also been an active member of the Oklahoma Department of Corrections Crisis Negotiation Team.​​​
