Region 1: Jarett Turney - Department of Corrections

Dr. Jarett Turney has been with the Oklahoma Dept. of Corrections (ODOC) for 7 years. He has served as a crisis negotiator for 6 years. Dr. Turney began his

law enforcement career in 2000 as a patrolman before attending Marquette University School of Dentistry where he received his Doctor of Dental Surgery

(DDS) degree. He was elected Regional 1 Director in 2024. Dr. Turney attended the FBI Basic Crisis Negotiations Course in 2023. 

Region 2: Erin Bitting - Tulsa PD

Detective (Det.) Erin Bitting has been with the Tulsa Police Department for 7 years, and a Crisis Negotiator for 3 years. Before being hired by Tulsa Police,

she worked for the Tulsa County Sheriff’s Office for 5 years. Det. Bitting joined CNOK in 2021. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from

University of Phoenix, a Master of Science in Psychology with an emphasis in Forensic Psychology from Southern New Hampshire University and will

graduate with her Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy from Capella University in December 2024. She attended the FBI Basic Crisis

Negotiations Course in 2021.

 

Region 3: Josie Pettit - Department of Corrections

Josie Pettit has been a Correctional Officer with the Oklahoma Dept. of Corrections (ODOC) since January of 2005, and a member of the what was then named

the Hostage Negotiation Team since 2015. She transferred to Jackie Brannon Correctional Center in 2015, where she is currently a Dental Care Assistant.

Josie joined CNOK in 2016, and became the Team Leader for the now named Crisis Negotiation Team in 2024.  Josie attended the FBI Basic Crisis Negotiation

Course in 2016.

Region 5: Brooke Dillman - Bureau of Prisons

Brooke Dillman is currently with the Federal Bureau of Prisons (BOP). Previous to her time with BOP, she was a negotiator with the Oklahoma Department of

Corrections for 4 years. Ms. Dillman joined CNOK in 2020 and has been Region 5 Director since 2021. She holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Forensic

Psychology and Master of Science in Criminology from Oklahoma City University.
