The Oklahoma DOC team finished 6th out of 27 teams at the 36th Annual World Wide Hostage Negotiation Competition at Texas State University in San Marcos, Tx.

Eight straight hours of negotiations, all subjects surrendered, and all 18 hostages released with no casualties or fatalities. This is what we train for!
